IDEAL FOR: Infants and toddlers ages 6 months to 3 years who are new to the water or are comfortable going underwater with a purpose of increasing comfort in the water and developing survival floating skills.
LOCATION: Steel Fitness Premier (formerly the Human Performance Center) located at 250 Cetronia Rd., Allentown
SPRING 1 2013 SESSION: March 25th through May 3rd for a total of 6 weeks (No scheduled breaks)
SPRING 2 2013 SESSION: May 6th through June 14th for a total of 5-6 weeks (No class Memorial Day)
FREQUENCY: One lesson per week.

STUDENT/INSTRUCTOR RATIO: minimum 3:1, maximum 8:1
CLASS LENGTH: 30 minutes
COST: $90 for 6 weeks. A $20 non-refundable ANNUAL registration fee also applies.
SKILLS TAUGHT: Gradual water adaptation through songs and play, blowing bubbles, safety skills such as moving along the wall and rollover to back float. They will also become acclimated to the water and learn to enjoy the sensations associated with movement in the water. Parents will learn holding positions and skills to teach their children.
ADVANCEMENT GOALS: They may be ready for Pre-School group lessons when they are 3 years old, if they are able to separate from their parents and can sit, listen and wait their turn.
NOTES: Double swim diapers required if not toilet trained.
