YOUTH INTERMEDIATE GROUPS
IDEAL FOR: Ages 5-15 who are able to do 10 relaxed bobs, front and back floats, front & back glides for 15 feet, and front & back kicks for 15 feet. Students who have completed SwimAmerica Station 3.
LOCATION: Steel Fitness Premier (formerly the Human Performance Center) at 250 Cetronia Rd., Allentown
SPRING 1 2013 SESSION: March 25th through May 3rd for a total of 6 weeks (No scheduled breaks)
SPRING 2 2013 SESSION: May 6th through June 14th for a total of 5-6 weeks (No class Memorial Day)
FREQUENCY: One lesson per week.

CLASS LENGTH: 45 minutes
STUDENT/INSTRUCTOR RATIO: maximum 4:1
COST: $141 for 6 lessons. A $20 non-refundable ANNUAL registration fee also applies.
CURRICULUM FOLLOWED: SwimAmerica Stations 4 & 5
SKILLS TAUGHT: Crawl arm stroke, finning, sculling, back crawl, front crawl with breathing
Station 4 "Crawl Stroke" Side-glide-kick (1/2 arrows) for 20 feet, Crawl stroke for 20 feet with no breathing
Station 5 "Freestyle" Front crawl stroke (freestyle) for 30 feet with a minimum of 4 breaths
