IDEAL FOR: Ages 5-15 who can do front & back floats, front & back kicks and who can swim freestyle for at least 30 feet with bilateral breathing. Students who have completed SwimAmerica Level 5.

SUMMER 2013 SESSIONS at EMAC: Session 1: June 17-28 (Mon-Thur with Tues as WLSL, Mon-Thur)
Session 2: July 8-19 (Mon-Thur, Mon-Wed)
Session 3: July 22 - Aug 2 (Mon-Thur, Mon-Wed)
FREQUENCY: One lesson per week at SFP's indoor pool. Summer Sessions at EMAC's outdoor pool are 7 daily lessons over a two-week period with the Thursday and Friday of the second week reserved for weather-related cancellation make-ups.

COST: SFP Summer Session is $141 for 6 lessons. Summer Session at EMAC is $165 for 7 lessons. A $20 non-refundable ANNUAL registration fee also applies.

SKILLS TAUGHT: Extended freestyle swimming, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, turns, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, treading water and sitting-standing kneeling dive (at EMAC pool only).
Station 6 "Backstroke" Swim freestyle 75 feet, Swim backstroke 30 feet, Tread water for 1 minute
Station 7 "Breaststroke & Butterfly" Swim freestyle 50 yards, Swim backstroke 25 yards, Kick breaststroke 20 feet
Station 8 "Turns" Swim freestyle for 100 yards with bilateral breathing, Swim 25 yards Breaststroke, Swim 30 feet of Butterfly
Station 9 "Lifetime Strokes" Swim 200 yards Freestyle with bilateral breathing, Swim 25 yards Butterfly, Swim 50 yards Breaststroke, Swim 50 yards Elementary Backstroke, Swim 50 yards Sidestroke
Station 10 "Individual Medley" Swim 300 yards Freestyle, Swim 100 yards Backstroke, Swim 100 yards Individual Medley
