| The Youth Beginner classes will focus on water acclimation, bobs with consistent and comfortable air exchange (goal of 10 steady bobs in a row) and floats and glides on front and back. The Level 2/3 class: Must be able to pass Level 1 of at least 10 consistent, comfortable steady bobs with air exchange. They will also be working on floating, streamlining, glides and kicks, with the advancement goal of Front Kicks and Back Kicks for 15 feet. |
